Bug#710338: libitpp: FTBFS on mips: docs too slow to generate

Source: libitpp
Version: 4.3.0-1
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

The mips build of libitpp timed out when attempting to generate its
documentation:

  Generating image form_67.png for formula
  Generating image form_68.png for formula
E: Caught signal ‘Terminated’: terminating immediately
  make: make[3]: *** [build-arch] Terminated*** [itpp/CMakeFiles/itpp_doc] Terminated

  make[2]: *** [itpp/CMakeFiles/itpp_doc.dir/all] Terminated
  make[1]: *** [all] Terminated
GBuild killed with signal TERM after 300 minutes of inactivity

Since the documentation sensibly winds up in a separate Architecture:
all package anyway, I'd suggest arranging to skip generating it when
building only architecture-dependent packages; I expect that will also
allow you to move doxygen-latex from Build-Depends to
Build-Depends-Indep.

Could you please take a look?

Thanks!
