Bug#727699: unused libhdf4-dev build dependency

Hello Matthias,

When I wrote 

* Make build dependency on libhdf5-dev only.

I meant that I changed the alternative dependency

libhdf5-serial-dev | libhdf5-dev

to 

libhdf5-dev 

solely. 

I did not alter the already existing build dependency on libhdf4-dev. 

I think that the latter build dependency is still needed since there is the 
command MGL command

readhdf

which

Reads data array named dname from HDF5 or HDF4 file. This function does nothing 
if HDF5|HDF4 was disabled during library compilation

according to the mathgl documentation (section 7.5) available in the upstream 
homepage of mathgl.
