Comments regarding superlu_4.3+dfsg-1_amd64.changes

Hi,

is there a particular reason why you have a versioned -dev package?
This makes it harder to transition to a new upstream version, because
all the reverse dependencies need a sourceful upload to pick the new
libsuperlu4-dev library name.

Would it be possible to transition to libsuperlu-dev instead?
