Dear Maintainer,

We plan to drop a deprecated Tcl/Tk 8.4 from the Debian archive before jessie
release. Your med-fichier package build-depends (and libmed-tools depends) on
tk8.4 which has to be changed.

I've prepared a small patch which replaces tk8.4 by the default tk package in
dependencies.
