Bug#725939: ftools-fv: FTBFS with upcoming changes in Tcl/Tk 8.5

Dear Ole,

I have to add another bugreport about ftools-fv and prospective changes in
Tcl/Tk packages.

The ftools-fv package FTBFS against Tcl/Tk from experimental (see the build
log at [1]). There are two issues:

1) The build process calls tclsh and not tclsh8.5 when generating pkgIndex.tcl
(I haven't spotted this when reported #725689, sorry).

2) I've removed a patch to tclPort.h from Tcl 8.5 to make the diversion from
upstream smaller, so now to use tclPort.h (it's an internal header) one has to
add -I/usr/include/tcl8.5/tcl-private/generic AND -I/usr/include/tcl8.5/tcl-private/generic
instead only the first one.

I've prepared a small patch which fixes these issues.
