No idea, I'm not the maintainer (CCed)

That said, I've asked ftp-masters to do a partial removal and get rid of
libgtkdatabox-0.9.1-dev from sid. See #721512, which I marked as blocker
for this bug after asking basically the same question on #debian-buildd
