Many thanks for your help: the bug is now fixed in the forthcoming
rheolef-6.5 that will be available with the next upload.

The command now exit cleanly with error status 1.

 % mkgeo_grid_2d -bobound
	./mkgeo_grid_2d: invalid command line argument `-bobound'
        usage:
        ./mkgeo_grid_2d [-t|-q] [nx=10] [ny=nx] [-a float=0] [-b float=1] [-c float=0] [-d float=1] [-[no]boundary] [-[no]sides] [-[no]region] [-[no]corner] [-rz|-zr] [-v4]
        example:
        ./mkgeo_grid_2d -t 10
        ./mkgeo_grid_2d -t 10 20
  % echo $?
    1
