Bug#724831: vtk: FTBFS against upcoming Tcl/Tk

Package: vtk
Version: 5.8.0-14.1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

In the nearest future we plan to add multiarch ability to the Debian Tcl/Tk
packages. This means that libtcl8.5.so and libtk8.5.so libraries will be moved
to the /usr/lib/<triplet> directory.

Unfortunately, vtk fails to build from source in these circumstances. It tries
to find the libtcl8.5.so in /usr/lib and fails (see [1] for details).

I don't have any cmake knowledge, so can't provide you with a patch, but you
should know that vtk will break soon.
