No, it is not: on x32, sizeof(void*)==sizeof(long)==4.
It could be possible to change PARI to work with sizeof(long)==4 and
sizeof(void*)==8 but this would not address this issue in any way.

So does PARI using the native kernel, or PARI with GMP built with
sizeof(mp_limb_t)=4.
