Package: libarpack++2-dev
Version: 2.3-2
Followup-For: Bug #684805

In order to get the example bsymreg.cc, I had to apply this modification to
arseig.h, as well as a modification to arbssym.h, similar to the one described
above for ardssym.h.

I'm running the current Debian Sid, so I'm using:

$ g++ --version
g++-4.8.real (Debian 4.8.1-10) 4.8.1
