[sponsor needed] libccd (resubmit - new version 2.0)

At the risk of being annoying (sorry) I'm resending my need for a
sponsor with respect to libccd package. It was refused by FTP-Masters,
updated with the proper fixes and a bump to a new upstream version.

I sent the message[1] 10 days ago, it was part of a discussion thread,
so maybe it got lost. If you find any problem or I should fix something
more, please let me know.
