Bug#745934: libopencv-highgui-dev: please drop dependencies on Libav development libraries

Dear Maintainer,

currently libopencv-highgui-dev depends on libavcodec-dev, libavformat-dev and libswscale-dev.
I packaged FFmpeg for Debian (ITP at [1]) and its development packages are named libavcodec-ffmpeg-dev (conflicting with libavcodec-dev) etc..

Thus it is currently not possible to build a package depending on libopencv-highgui-dev and libavcodec-ffmpeg-dev.

Please drop these dependencies to fix this.
