thanks for your report.
I can reproduce the bugreport issue on my box.
I have just double checked: `sleep' seems not to be a shell command,
but it is rather a command-line provided by coreutils according to
the man page sleep(1). From the sleep(1) manpage itself, we read in the DESCRIPTION section (second sentence):
Unlike most implementations that require NUMBER be an integer, here NUMBER may be an arbitrary floating point number.
So
sleep 0.25
is valid, and I guess that checkbashisms is over reacting here.
