Dear Maintainer,

It is necessary to add ppc64el to the architecture list for libtbb-dev in
Build-Depends to fix an FTBFS.

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * Add ppc64el to architecture list for libtbb-dev to fix FTBFS.
