nlopt backport to wheezy via NeuroDebian

Dear maintainers, 

I'm in the course of submitting some packages for backporting to wheezy
through NeuroDebian - which currently resides outside the official
Debian backports. 

nlopt is one of the requirements of one of my packages (mia), and since
you are the maintainers I wanted to check back if you have any
intentions to provide backports yourself before I ask the NeuroDebian to
initiate the builds.
