I guess that was supposed to say "autopkgtest"? Anyway, 0.0.15-1 still
has the XS-Testsuite: header in debian/control and the
debian/tests/control script which merely checks the source tree.
Please either drop XS-Testsuite: or fix debian/tests/ to actually test
the installed package. This can be a simple smoke test that the
program works at all, to ensure it's compiled/linked alright and that
its dependencies are sufficient.
