Bug#736273: freecad: No Start Center on startup

Dear Maintainer,

The current Debian version of FreeCAD fails to load the Start Center 
when the application is started.  In addition, there are a number of 
workbenches that are not available via the View->Workbench menu.

The path to the workbench files appears to be the problem.  FreeCAD 
writes the following message to the log on starting:

Log: Using /usr/lib/freecad/Mod as module path!

Looking at the filelist for recent versions of FreeCAD one can see that 
the path to the Start Center and the missing workbenches is:

/usr/lib/freecad/data/Mod

This subdirectory is not searched for modules.  The affected workbenches 
are:

i) Drawing
ii) Raytracing
iii) Robot

The files are moved from the original source directories in the build 
process.  The file 'debian/patches/use_share.patch' specifies a variable 
${CMAKE_INSTALL_DATADIR} for this purpose.  Is there a good reason for 
this change? Or does use_share.patch need to be updated?
