Bug#737055: source package is in main but binaries are in non-free

I followed the developers reference 5.9.1 [1] (resp. I asked my sponsor
to do so):

The source of iausofa-c 2013.12.02-1 is in "contrib", as seen in
debian/control [2]:

Section: non-free/science

So, I don't see why the source of iausofa-c/2013.12.02-1 would go into
main? Where can I check this?

Best regards

Ole
