Packages are being rebuild against vtk6 for jessie, while freeze
period is almost here, this is what I called 'force'. Eg:

done. I remember that proj4 was too old at the time of vtk5.8
packaging, maybe the situation has evolved. I do not remember about
alglib, but thanks for catching this.
