Bug#750191: Remove vtkLocalExample from vtk6

It does not make any sense to provide it at all. I am marking it as
serious to make sure it does not slip in by mistake on next upload,
and because patch is so simple. People should not rely on proper ABI
on this toy example (it should not have been there in the first place
at all).
