Control: retitle -1 gnuplot-qt: zooming doesn't work with the 'qt' terminal in -persist state

Like bug 711139, this problem with the 'qt' terminal only occurs
after the main gnuplot program has terminated, in -persist state,
e.g. with

$ GNUTERM=qt gnuplot -persist <<EOF
plot '-' using 1:2 t '' with line
0 0
10 10
e
EOF
