New ompl fails to build from source

Looking a bit more at the bug, the cause was a drop of a libc variable 
(__GLIBC_HAVE_LONG_LONG) since libc-2.17 which, indeed, broke boost. It 
was reported[1] and fixed[2] in upstream boost.

Given the variety of platforms supported, I can not propose a workaround 
that respect portability, so I would recommend wait until the boost team 
patch[3] boost (the friends of Gentoo already did[4] it) and do not mess 
trying to patch ompl.
