The upstream patch should work with arbitrarily old releases, as it defines the
missing constants for old versions.

But it depends on the VTK_FFMPEG_AVCODECID check, which I see is not yet present
in the currently packaged version. If you do not want to update now, you can
drop that block, then the patch will work with libav 9 and 10 only. 9 is already
in testing, so that's enough i think.
