Hi gmp maintainer--

Upstream released a new version of GMP today, version 6.0.0.

 https://gmplib.org/gmp6.0.html 

This version includes the licensing changes mentioned in
https://bugs.debian.org/741607, so packaging the latest release should
be able to resolve that bug as well, which will have cascading,
salutary effects as GPLv2-only packages across the archive will be
able to switch to a modern version of GnuTLS and remain
redistributable.
