Bug#731823: Please help with this bug

I tried fixing this bug a couple weeks ago but failed, still getting bytecode
v51 in the generated files.

What I tried to do was replacing -source 1.6 with -source 1.5 -target 1.5 in
the debian package "all-patches.patch".

I also fixed another important bug (missing ${shlibs:Depends} on the -dev
package, but that one isn't even reported.

I'm attaching what I did in case someone wants to pick this up.
