Dear Maintainer,
There are config.{sub,guess} updates and libtool updates necessary to fix
FTBFSes on the arm64 and ppc64el architectures in Ubuntu.
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* Manually patch libtool files to add support for ppc64el.
* Use autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for new arches.
