Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
   Trying to compile an application with cmake, using libpcl-dev.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   Trying to make any cmake on an application with libpcl-dev

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   cmake reports that "PCL can not be found on this machine".

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
   Correct configuration with cmake.
