Dear Maintainer,

the version number used in break+replaces is wrong, it is missing the
epoch. So I got today:

Unpacking libblitz-doc (1:0.10-3.1) over (1:0.10-1) ...

 trying to overwrite '/usr/share/info/blitz.info.gz', which is also in package libblitz0ldbl 1:0.10-1
