Bug#746013: likely NMU for libmatheval

This guile migration issue in libmatheval is currently blocking uwsgi
and thereby lava-server. We're working on a fix for the changes to the
values in the test suite when run against guile-2.0, based on the
existing patch by Hilko Bengen <bengen at debian.org>.

As this RC bug has been open for some time, I propose to send the final
nmudiff to the bug report and upload directly to unstable so that
libmatheval has time to migrate into Jessie and the reverse
dependencies have time to migrate back into Jessie if the automated
removal takes place before libmatheval itself migrates.
