Bug#748130: scotch autoremoval from jessie not usefull : only stable/amd64 package has RC bug

Note that the version-tracking is corrected since yesterday, so that
the packages are not anymore scheduled for autoremoval from jessie.
For stable I have opened a binnmu request, see [1].
