Thanks for your patch. However I think it is not correct, because
double-conversionConfig.cmake includes a file called
double-conversionLibraryDepends.cmake. This file does not exist in the
source tarball, and is generated by cmake at build time. So it seems
that cmake has to be used as a build system, or alternatively that this
file has to be generated by hand.
