Bug#794414: roboptim-core: VCS-Browser should point to the debian branch

Dear Maintainer,

As per Policy §5.6.26, VCS-Broswer should point to "publicly accessible repository where the Debian source package is developed".

Currently this is pointing to the master branch, not to the debian branch.
