What to do after a patch (V1.4.0-1 -> V1.4.0-2) ?

Hi,

again my question:

I git-pushed a patch for limereg that fixes #792624 and #792625.
This is my first patch and I don't know what to do now, will the new git
version automatically be added to sid and stretch ? Or do I need to
contact someone ?
