With the removal/replacement of the lenna images we are getting into a
big problem with Vigra. Just this might demonstrate it:

I've informed upstream about that there might be a distribution problem for Debian with
the images already on 15-07-22 (https://github.com/ukoethe/vigra/issues/253).

Please let me lower the severity of this bug to prevent an AUTORM to get triggered on
this issue, soon. We are going to deal with this, but we have the Vigra transition and the
libstdc++ transition on Vigra going on right now. Furthermore, on the devel list there is
currently a discussion going on the images which also doesn't came to a conclusion on the
actual state of license of the image set [1].
