Bug#806835: tamuanova: Update build dependencies for GSL 2.x

  Hi,

  Due to the package name change in gsl, tamuanova must be updated. In fact,
this bug is blocking #807173 from altree. Indeed, altree must be fixed (it also
has to change its build-dependencies from libgsl0-dev to libgsl-dev) but
it build depends on libmath-tamuanova-perl that depends on libtamuanova-0.2
that depends on libgsl0ldbl (>= 1.9) than cannot be installed with
current version of libgsl-dev...

  Being the maintainer of libmath-tamuanova-perl (perl interface to tamuanova),
I had previously work your package to fix minor points but without taking the
time to notify you. So, I took the opportunity of this bug to propose you
to merge git://git.debian.org/users/vdanjean/tamuanova.git that will also
fix this bug.
