Hello, 

Package failure is caused by execution of check_UNIT_SignalStats_TEST  before UNIT_SignalStats_TEST has finished its job.
If test are run one by one test run is successful.

I have created a patch that prevent execution of tests in parallel.
With this patch included package does build from source successfully.

I have tested patch on mips, but i think that this patch should also resolve issue on armel.

Please include this patch.
