Hi Roelof,

if those 2 projects are different projects, I would do 2
different source packages. One of them will contain a library
liblimereg (including liblimereg-dev, liblimeregXXX and liblimereg-dbg).
Another one just a simple binary limereg, which will depend
on liblimeregXXX.

There are tons of packaged libraries, which you can take as
an example for your work.
