Bug#773379: Python specifics in libvtk6-dev

The problem with these files is that they are listed in
one of the cmake files installed by vtk6 into /usr/lib/cmake/vtk-6.1,
e.g.,
VTKTargets-none.cmake:
IMPORTED_LOCATION_NONE
"/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/python2.7/site-packages/vtk/vtkCommonExecutionModelPython.so"
IMPORTED_SONAME_NONE "vtkCommonExecutionModelPython.so"
list(APPEND _IMPORT_CHECK_FILES_FOR_vtkCommonExecutionModelPython
"/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/python2.7/site-packages/vtk/vtkCommonExecutionModelPython.so"
and I remember with earlier packages that cmake complained about missing
these libraries when one wanted to import VTK to build against it and
they were not installed.
