Justification: FTBFS, but did so in the past
The most recent upload of apertium fails to build from source because of
changed symbols:
dpkg-gensymbols: warning: some new symbols appeared in the symbols file: see diff output below
dpkg-gensymbols: warning: some symbols or patterns disappeared in the symbols file: see diff output below
dpkg-gensymbols: warning: debian/libapertium3-3.4-0/DEBIAN/symbols doesn't match completely debian/libapertium3-3.4-0.symbols
This holds up a (admittedly unco-ordinated) transition. It probably also
triggers one...
