Hi,

hitting the same problem here:

CMake Error at doc/doxygen/cmake_install.cmake:36 (file):
  file INSTALL cannot find
  "/debian/rebuild/deal.ii-8.1.0/obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/doc/doxygen/deal.tag".
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  doc/cmake_install.cmake:52 (include)
  cmake_install.cmake:39 (include)


debalance at carter:/debian/rebuild/deal.ii-8.1.0$ find . -iname deal.tag
./obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/doc/doxygen/deal.II/deal.tag


It looks like a tiny patch to doc/doxygen/CMakeLists.txt could fix this.
