Dear Maintainer,

There seems to be a missing dependency on libcgl, at least regarding
pkg-config:

    $ pkg-config --cflags cbc
    Package cgl was not found in the pkg-config search path.
    Perhaps you should add the directory containing `cgl.pc'
    to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
    Package 'cgl', required by 'cbc', not found
