Version: 5.34.19+dfsg-1.2
Severity: important
Hi,
The control file of root-system contains this build-depends:
libiodbc2-dev | unixodbc-dev
but if unixodbc-dev is installed instead of libiodbc2-dev, the package
fails to build with the error:
> Checking for sqlext.h ... no
> Checking for libiodbc, libodbc, or odbc32 ... /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
> Explicitly required ODBC dependencies not fulfilled
> debian/rules:366: recipe for target 'config.status' failed
> make: *** [config.status] Error 1
This is probably because the include directory passed to configure
doesn't exist in this case.
--with-odbc-incdir=/usr/include/iodbc
Thanks,
James
