Need help to upload dolfin

Hello,

Upstream has changed soname on libdolfin in the latest release, so I
had to update the package name accordingly (libdolfin1.4 ->
libdolfin1.5). Since I'm only a DM I do not have permission to upload
the package. Is there a DD that can sponsor the upload of dolfin for
me? Sylvestre sponsored me regularly in the past, but he has recently
left the team as you probably know.

The updated package is in SVN:

The upload will fix bug #780359.
