Bug#653103: Please add binary packages for i386

I use the ngspice package extensively.  I have been using the old
version 20 from the Squeeze distribution for quite some time.  Recently,
I downloaded the most current version (26) from sourceforge, and
successfully compiled to binary for i386, and have been running it on my
ancient Gateway laptop.

I am new to the debian community and am willing to do anything I can to
help provide this package for the i386 architecture.

Please advise
