Bug#800642: pythia8 depends on obsolete package liblhapdf0

pythia8 depends on liblhapdf0 which has been replaced by liblhapfd0v5.

What I find strange is that pythia8 doesn't seem to build-depend on any 
liblhapdf development packages. Instead it seems to build against it's 
own dummy version of liblhapdf.

In raspbian I simply made the trivial alteration to debian/control so 
the package depends on liblhapdf0v5 instead. No intent to NMU in Debian.
