I am afraid they have to disappear from the source tarball.

and should be mentioned in your debian/copyright:
  collada-dom-2.4.3/dom/test/1.4/data/cube.cstm

You should also mention different copyright holders of:
 collada-dom-2.4.3/dom/include/dae/daeZAEUncompressHandler.h
 collada-dom-2.4.3/cmake-modules/DebSourcePPA.cmake

Is there a reason why there are two versions, 1.4 and 1.5, of something 
in that package?
