Bug#754803: healpy: out-of-date binaries

Hi,

On kfreebsd-amd64 healpy still FTBFS, but I suspect it just needs a
Dep-Wait on python3-matplotlib (>= 1.5.0~)?

Newer matplotlib, in turn, is waiting on the glib2.0 FTBFS
(https://bugs.debian.org/712848) but that may be fixed in a few days.
