Bug#800460: mathgl: Test program fails to build, syntax error in header

Dear Maintainer,

The simple test example from the original post still fails to compile with the
lastest version.
It still requires to use -std=gnu++11 or similar language extensions to work.

Especially, in /usr/include/mgl2/config.h, MGL_HAVE_TYPEOF and
MGL_HAVE_C99_COMPLEX are still defined to '1' which seems to require the above
flags.
