Bug#799660: libeigen3-dev: Transition to cmake 3.3

Dear Maintainer,

Debian unstable now contains cmake 3.3, obsoleting the workaround from
#784767. I've seen that you fixed this already in experimental. Would be
great to get this (or an other workaround) in unstable as well, as Eigen
is currently not usable with cmake.
