I upgraded my SID installation and was able to build by:
  git checkout
ssh://user@git.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/limereg.git
  cd limereg
  automake
  cd ..
  sudo adt-run --unbuilt-tree=limereg --- null

I also used conventional configure/make, and it worked fine.

I used GCC V 5.2.1-17 (current default on SID), maybe an update fixed
the issues ?

Did you built from scratch ? I allways start over quite clean by calling
'git clean -xdf'.

Im not sure now, how to reproduce your failing build, maybe you can send
me how you build and on which Debian and gcc version. Thanks.

Interesting. Where can I see this errors on SID ? I don't see it when
building the package. E.g. by adt-run. Would adt-run be the proper way
to get this output ?

Thanks a lot for supporting me. I'm still getting used to automake,
Debian packaging and stuff.

Kind regards
Roelof
